Qamarero grew out of hospitality.
Today it connects the whole restaurant.
Qamarero is the operating system for your bar or restaurant: one piece of software for reservations, orders, payments, kitchen, guests and staff. Connected information helps you sell more and spend less time on repeated tasks.

Before the software: 14 years in hospitality
At 20, Antonio Bustamante opened Puerto de Cuba in Seville with his cousin. He stayed involved for 14 years and even introduced an iPad to speed up orders and payments when service slowed down.
He later co-founded the tech company Chekin. In 2022 he created Qamarero and went from bar to bar with the team to speak with managers. They found paper orders and software that did not share information.
The software launched in summer 2023. Today it connects reservations, front of house, kitchen, payments and staff so orders do not have to be entered twice and managers can see how the business is doing.
WHAT WE DO
From the first guest to closing time, everything connects
A reservation gives the team context. An order reaches the kitchen without being entered twice. A payment feeds sales and customer data. That helps you serve guests better, see what's working and spend less time moving information between tools.
-
Attract guests and take reservations
Your website and reservations turn searches into tables; the team sees the details before service. See reservations -
Take orders and payments
POS, mobile ordering and orders from the table share the same bill and avoid repeated entry. See the POS -
Connect front of house and kitchen
Orders from staff, QR and delivery channels reach the kitchen in one flow. See the ordering app -
Know guests and bring them back
Reservations and orders feed the CRM so you can recognise regulars and run loyalty campaigns. See the CRM -
Organise your team
Plan shifts, assign tasks and record working hours alongside the rest of service. See shift planning -
Track sales and costs
See sales, review stock and make decisions with data from the same business. See analytics
More control, less repeated work
Takool and Taberna Almazara show how connected orders change the work of front of house and kitchen teams.
Takool: dining room, kitchen and delivery in one flow
Table, QR and Uber Eats orders enter the same POS and are sent to the kitchen.
Taberna Almazara: order from the table without waiting
Guests can place some orders themselves, leaving the team with fewer trips to take orders.
A team that helps you get started and stays with you
Before setting up Qamarero, we look at how your restaurant works and the devices you already use. We set up your account, menu and tables, and train your team.
You have human support 365 days a year. If something goes wrong or a question comes up during service, there's someone you can speak to.
Technology works behind the scenes. Hospitality stays front and centre.
Qamarero already summarises sales, flags unusual figures and suggests shifts that a manager can review. We're working on AI agents for broader management tasks, including costs and purchasing. Those agents are still in development.
Our aim is for the software to prepare management work while leaving important decisions to the person running the restaurant. Less time looking for data; more time with guests and a clearer view of the business.
