Frequently asked questions
Is customer data saved automatically?
Profiles are created when the customer identifies themselves on a booking, a pickup/delivery order, a digital receipt sign-up or via manual entry. Card payment alone does not create a profile automatically.
Can I see a customer's order history?
Yes, from the customer profile you see every order, visit frequency and average ticket. Also their favorite products and how their activity evolves.
Does the CRM work on every plan?
Yes, the CRM is included in every Qamarero plan from Basic (€119). You don't need an advanced plan to start knowing your customers.
Can I export my customer base?
Bulk export isn't currently available as a product feature for restaurants. The data is used internally to segment Marketing campaigns.
Is it worth it if I have little data right now?
Every day without a CRM is a day of customer data you're losing. The sooner you start, the faster you'll have a useful base for campaigns and to recognize your regulars.
How is it different from a generic CRM like HubSpot?
Qamarero measures what matters in hospitality: visits, favorite dishes and average ticket. You don't have to adapt a B2B sales CRM to your restaurant or merge data by hand.
How do I set up the CRM?
The CRM is on by default. Optionally you can configure the recurrence window, visit thresholds and the leaderboard from the dashboard to fine-tune the automatic classification.
Can I create customers manually?
Yes, you can add customers by hand from the web dashboard or from the POS. Useful for logging someone who pays in cash or who doesn't go through a digital flow.
